DATA PRIVACY STATEMENT

According §28 (3) Bundesdatenschutzgesetz we explicit contradict the use of all sites and data deposited under www.botshield.de – including  contact and personal data – for all commercial or market research purposes.

If you visit our web presence as a guest, we will not save any personal data.

As owner of this site we solely receive the general data from http protocols mechanismn, which include your Internet-Service-Providers name, the web adress that referred you to us and the list of OUR sites you visited.  This is common and no need to worry – those data will only be logged and analyzed for statistic purposes – no reference can be drawn between you and your data.


The protocol includes the following data only:

  • IP adress / domain of the visitors system
  • if existing: Referrer
  • Date / time of your request
  • Name of the requestet data on our site
  • visited sites within our presence
  • used webbrowser
  • used operating system


We use the open-source-software Piwik to analyze the protocol data.
Pikwik operates by using so called "cookies" – small text files that are stored on your computer and allow us to analyze your usage of our site.
All cookie generated data about your usage of our presence are stored at the providers server in germany. Your IP will be anonymized directly after processing, before storing.
You can prevent the cookie from installing by modifiying your webbrowsers configuration.
Nevertheless, we can not guarantee full access to all our services in this case.


General, personal data will not be collected until you explicit decide to get in direct contact with us.
The data you send us via mail or website will not be forwarded to third parties or used for anything other than the designated cause. We are obligated to the terms and conditions of "Bundesdatenschutzgesetz", "Teledienstdatenschutzgesetz" and "Telekommunikationsgesetz zum Schutz personenbezogener Daten".  We will NOT forward your data to third parties besides our own company – neither for commercial nor noncommercial purposes.
